Over the years, she has trained over ten thousand Patients & Healthcare Professionals (Nurses, Nutritionist, Paramedical staff and Doctors) in Diabetes Management. She has conducted several Workplace Wellness Programs and given Wellness talks at several leading Corporate Houses.

She currently runs the Health Coaching Program and Nutrition Clinic for Patient and Employee Assistance.

She has also been actively contributing to the print media and has authored six patient education booklets on Nutrition basics, Diabetes, Carbohydrate Counting and Breakfast Choices of India

She has written the food guide for Mumbai titled "Your Family Guide to Healthy eating and living" available for all on the MCGM (govt) website

She also appears on "The Health Magazine" show as an expert nutritionist on the FOOD FOOD chanel She is very passionate about her profession and enjoys contributing to the society by helping people transform and adapt to a healthy lifestyle.

Shweta Gosalia is a Registered Dietician, Certified Educator & fitness expert with a specialization in Diabetes and Cardiac Care. She has extensive clinical experience in areas like Diabetes, Renal, Hepatic, Oncology, Gastroenterology and management of Bariatric patients. She has special interest in Diabetes, cardiovascular disease and weight management. She is passionate about food and loves trying out new recipes which are tasty and at the same time nutritious. She enjoys her role as a Health Coach and has made significant contribution in the transformation of her clients. She believes that better health can be achieved through balanced nutrition and exercise.

Dhwani Shah is a Registered Dietician, Certified Diabetes Educator and a Certified Personal Trainer. Her experience lies in clinical areas such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, renal disease, pulmonary disease, gastroenterology and weight management. She is a specialist in the area of Diabetes, Cardiac care & manages patients on insulin pump therapy. She ensures that her practice is evidence based and uses her knowledge and skills in the day to day management of her clients thus improving their lifestyle and making them self-reliant.

Natasha Kapre Vora is a qualified Clinical and Sports Nutritionist and a Certified Diabetes Educator with keen interest in the management and education of diabetes. She has to her credit varied experience in the field of dietetics during which she has managed various conditions like obesity, diabetes, kidney disorders, pregnancy, cardiovascular diseases and other lifestyle related metabolic disorders. She is also experienced in the field of pediatric nutrition management. Her interest lies in medical writing and content development. Her mantra is "Don't eat less-eat right."
